Good question. I'll discuss it with the other directors.

Im im personally leaning toward no, but let me explain why. Briefly, we have a few instances I believe where guild mates are in the same region. This is in large part due to our attempts to manage time zones. So, if we were to make one adjustment, it might grow into others asking for the same favor. It's a reasonable favor, of course, but it might just get too complicated to address mid tournament.

Hi Rucuss. Tournament 1 had some unnecessary delays due to time zone issues so we thought it best to separate the participants by hemispheres as best as possible. Unfortunately there are a few regions with multiple members from the same guild (my guild, DN, has 2 in one region and 1 in the other eastern region). The brackets were randomized but certain overlap could not be avoided. Let's see if it even becomes an issue this tournament. We appreciate your concern and agree that it would have better to avoid this particular situation. That said, we do not want to break the integrity of the tournament by switching participants regions mid tournament.
