Killa and HP can you both get your guys to friend me in game, if you send them the message I will know when they are online. I will sort and as this is my bracket i will make the final decision, i will monitor their online status and will coordinate a match, if i am unhappy with the way that they deal with this and my suggestions i will make the final call.

sorry guys I feel that we need a definitive solution here rather than people setting times and player a missing time etc.

I will be as fair as i can and will document everything here if i make a decision against one player or both.

I will attempt to sort this over the course of the next 9 hours (when i go to bed) I will make a decision then, if of cours ether manage to sort their game in this time between them then great.

Killa and HP just get them to pm me regularly when online etc.

I hope that this decisive approach is agreed by all.

Sorry if I may have undermined your authority here by mistake. In the future I'm perfectly ok with each regional moderator having the support and power to make executive decisions as needed.
