Ideally, we're going to have 8 tournament directors, one for each guild participating. And we have 4 bracket regions.
I think it makes sense for us to assign two directors to each region,, where we'll need to keep track of match results and update our respective regions of the tournament bracket accordingly.
Anyone opposed to that idea?

That sounds good, are we advising both contestants to take screen shots of the before and afters of each match?

it would also be good if we are having 2 per bracket to split them up if possible based on time zones.
IE. Kush and i are in the UK so should share responsibility with an American- that will mean that we are available when matches go on and keep things going smoother?

How are we allocating who goes into which bracket? I don't really know most of the other contestants and just added them randomly, but it makes sense to have a pre-existing plan for which areas fight which areas when we get to the semi finals.
Also we should be wary about changing the rules too drastically this close to the proposed start date as many of the contestants may have already been practicing their formations.
Happy with the idea of responsibility via timezones, we can all put our timezone in the thread?

Do we not think its best to split it based on time zones... then we have coverage most of the time?
I will take ancient ruins, for no other reason that i remember that one of the top of my head and can't be bothered to look back... yes I'm lazy!
