We will be using the following rules for the next installment of the Kings Cup. We do not yet have a timeline in mind but wanted to give everyone ample time to start practicing.

1. Infantry and Infected Only - no vehicles, air units, or critters will be allowed
2. No repeat units - all 7 unit choices must be unique
3. No Hunter (we're counting this as an air unit and use would violate rule 1
4. Your formation may only use one of the following: Wimp, Apex Colossus, Colossus

We're also considering doing a round robin format, but we have yet to work out specifics for that. We're also going to discuss either a best 3 of 5 since these matches will go faster. Alternatively, we may look into requiring 2 consecutive wins to advance.

Further details will be released within the next two weeks or so. Please feel free to voice concerns or suggestions here.

I must say that I'm enjoying the current (3) tournament more than anything other; the less rules, the more different strategies can be developed. Please consider a Kings cup 5 with the less possible rules!

Infantry is pretty much any unit that is made in the barracks. Some prestige units and raiders would also be infantry (eagle eye, field tech, raider champion, etc.).

The trebuchet is a vehicle... made at the vehicle factory. So it's not allowed.

Individual matches will continue to be best-of-three. First two rounds, alternate who goes first. Round 3 is quick draw.
